SHIPPING & DELIVERY **(COVID-19 Courier Delays are beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding)**

We endeavor to process all orders in a timely manner to meet our on-time shipping obligation. However, sometimes the estimated delivery times may vary due to delays on the part of the courier company which we do not have control of. All packages are shipped via Aramex Couriers in NZ.

ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS

BFF Boutique is committed to practicing high quality standards. We carefully check for any manufacturing defects or flaws prior to dispatching any item. We also take great care in packaging to ensure safe and damage free delivery. 

FAULTY RETURNS

In the rare event you receive a faulty or damaged product, please:

  • Email us on hello@bffboutique.co.nz as soon as you can. 
  • In your email please include:
  1. Purchase order number
  2. Phone contact
  3. Subject: Faulty Goods
  • Return the package to us within 7 days of purchase. 
  • Return address to be used is BFF Boutique, Shop 5, 63 Saint George Street, Papatoetoe, Auckland, 2025
  • Returned products must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn with all tags attached 
  • We recommend using tracked courier services to ensure products reach us in a safe and timely manner. 
  • Once returned package is received and the item deemed faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy. We will contact you with a solution.
  • In case of a refund, a full refund of the price you paid plus the cost of courier will be processed via the same payment method used as when item was initially purchased. 

Products returned by post are your responsibility until they reach us so please take care getting them back to us.  In rare events, refunds may be declined if returned items are not deemed to be in their original "new" state.

 CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

Even though we provide a comprehensive and detailed sizing guide, we do understand that online purchase may be bit tricky to get that perfect size and fit for your body type. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please: 

  • Email us on hello@bffboutique.co.nz as soon as you can.
  • In your email please include:
  1. Purchase order number
  2. Phone contact
  3. Reason for your return: Too Big / Too Small / Don't Like it / Change Of Mind 
  4. State what you would like to do: Exchange / Store Credit 
  • Return the package to us within 7 days of purchase. 
  • Return address to be used is BFF Boutique, Shop 5, 63 Saint George Street, Papatoetoe, Auckland, 2025
  • Returned products must be in its original condition, unwashed and unworn with all tags attached.
  • We recommend using tracked courier services to ensure products reach us in a safe and timely manner. Cost of return shipping is at the expense of the customer. 
  • Once returned package is received we will start the process as per your request.

INSTORE PURCHASE RETURNS

  • All instore returns must be accompanied with proof of purchase, ie., your original receipts.
  • All returns must take place within 7 days of purchase in order to qualify for an Exchange or Store Credit.
  • We do not have a Refund Policy unless the item is defective under which we will meet our our obligations under the Consumers Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy.
  • Subject to our approval, you can exchange an Online Purchase item instore by providing a proof of purchase, i.e., copy of your electronic receipt.  

In rare events, exchange or store credit may be declined if returned items are not deemed to be in their original "new" state.
